  1. well, i hope all windows fanboys trust windows when it comes to security. I wouldnt trust windows to hold my door key to my home. Windows dont care about your safety, they only care about your data and your private surf data.

So i hope you have placed your trust in the right hands.. since windows is so "safe".. and they "care" about their customers…

  2. I never understood why anyone would run WSL instead of running Linux in a VM or on a straight-up bare metal workstation. Windows isn't as secure or as solid as Linux is period.

  3. This is like the inverse of Wine problems lol. Wine can be a hazard on Linux systems because you can potentially run Windows malware. Now, WSL can be a hazard because you can potentially run Linux malware. Funny that even though it's a Linux binary, it still targets Windows

  5. In my opinion WSL should basically be finished. WSL could probably be Microsoft's plan to keep people inside Windows. If you can use all of Linux's features on WSL, people will simply not switch to Desktop Linux.

  6. no what it goes to show is that LINUX is never safe. Despite the false claims. THAT is what is allowing the exploit. That and poor management. Users can and will create the method a attack can use no matter how sophisticated the protection is.

You can't make something idiot proof because then they will just come up with a better idiot.
